About the Journal
Jurnal De Facto is a periodic scientific journal published by the Postgraduate Master of Law Sciences at Balikpapan University twice a year, namely in July and January. The de facto journal has a vision of becoming a scientific journal that can contribute to developments in the field of legal science. This journal is widely open to legal scientists, legal practitioners, or legal observers who wish to express their ideas and critical thinking for the development of law in Indonesia. Manuscripts sent to the editor must meet the de facto journal writing guidelines. The focus of this journal is the Criminal Law Study Group, Civil Law Study Group, International Law Study Group, Agrarian Law Science Group, Customary Law Science Cluster, Environmental Law Science Cluster, and Constitutional/State Administration Law Science Cluster.
Jurnal De Facto has been accredited by The Ministry of Education and Culture of Republic of Indonesia with 5th grade.
